Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We gladly accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days by contacting info@ziggynatural.com Kindly include your order details and photos of the product and packaging, and we will promptly assist with a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, simply email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

At Ziggy Natural, we aim to process refunds swiftly and efficiently. Once your return is received and approved, we process refunds within 5-7 business days, and you will receive a notification when your refund has been issued. Refunds are credited to the original payment method, though it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item was marked as “Free Shipping,” we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund amount. In cases where a return does not fully meet our requirements, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
