Ziggy Natural Products are at the start of a journey. A journey to true sustainability. To us, this means control over our products. Control over where they start, where and how they are made and how they arrive. It is a journey because we have not achieved this yet. So we have set a bar for ourselves, this bar we have named the Ziggy Standard. This standard represents transparency and a universal commitment to the principle of sustainability throughout the production cycle.

Underpinning our ideology are the five pillars of sustainability. These pillars are economic, social, environmental, cultural and security. Each pillar represents an area we consider, if and when we attribute a product with the Ziggy Standard. Currently no products have this mark. It is our mission to ensure that all Ziggy brand products obtain this mark by 2022. Further than that, we plan to be able to present that mark to 50% the products we sell by 2023. These products, manufactured by separate entities will go through a process that will allow us to present the mark.

We have just left the starting line of a marathon. Retailers are the conduit through which products flow, and time has witnessed this platform become weary and profit driven. We owe it to customers to stop hiding in the shadows when it comes to what they are purchasing. Profiting from poor ethical decisions. This is the acorn we will grow out of, our ideology. Inevitably, we will get there. We will achieve what we set out to accomplish and provide an oasis for consumers in a desert of products too harmful to be useful and better yet we will do this together.
